Manifestation For Beginners

Calling all the queens who are ready to make their dreams into realities. It’s simple really. It all starts with belief in your dream and setting a good intention behind it. It all starts with Manifestation. I’m not referring to the textbook definition of manifestation either. I’m talking about spiritual manifestation.

Spiritual Manifestation is the theory that through regular meditation and positive, constructive thought, you can make your dreams and desires become reality.

I know it may sound like a hoax, but I promise you, it’s not. The law of attraction is real and working around the clock to make the thoughts that enter your mind come to you, whether negative or positive. Yes, negative or positive. It is possible to manifest something negative by thinking about it to much. That’s why maintaining a positive mindset, while thinking about the future is so incumbent to our progression.

So, you’re probably wondering: “Okay, so how do I do it? What do I have to do?”

There are a few different ways I practice manifestation.

  1. Meditation is the first way I was introduced to manifestation. This was an amazing way for me to manifest, but also to relax, find presence in myself and the moment, and work on my breathing. To practice manifestation while meditating, I simply search a guided meditation on youtube for manifestation. In these guided meditations the speaker’s lead you to your manifestation’s by giving you prompts such as “Think about what you want to manifest? What does it feel like? How are you going to react when you have it?” I highly recommend meditation for manifestation and simply just for leisure. It has done amazing things for my anxiety, and my confidence. Guided meditation’s work for me, however, there are meditations with no guidance that also work depending on my mood. When listening to these types of meditations, start by stating what you would like to thank the universe for. Then repeat your manifestations to yourself as if you already have them. For example: “I am a doctor.”
  2. A Manifestation Journal is my newest and favorite way to manifest. I start off by greeting the universe, or god in an endearing way. For example, “Good Evening Sweet Universe”. I then proceed to thank her (the universe) for everything I am thankful for. Next, I request her to bring my manifestations to me when the timing is right. I write the things I am asking for in a list. I start by saying “I have a few asks that I know I will get when the time is right”. After this, I go into detail about each request, describing what it will look like, feel like, and how I will act when I receive these blessings. I end off by thanking the universe once again, in advance. Something I try to do, just because it makes me feel more connected to the earth, is write outside, or open a window while I write.
  3. Speaking Into Existence is the simplest way to manifest if you aren’t feeling the other two alternatives. Before I really knew what manifestation was, I was still very blessed and receiving a lot of the amazing things that I was craving. I believe this is because I always spoke things into existence. Some people believe that you shouldn’t speak on things until they are set and stone. However, I disagree. I feel as though you should speak on everything, as if it’s already yours, just hasn’t arrived to you yet. Turn your “I want to be’s” into “I’m going to be’s.”

The last thing I want to tell you about manifestation is, you need PATIENCE. You cannot hassle the universe into giving you what you want. You have to believe, that after you ask for it, it is on it its way. It will be yours when the time is RIGHT. Believe it, embody it, and it’s yours. Just wait.
